Panelcade is back from a data center fire

Panelcade is back! We are now running on a new server from backups.
We're back online after the data center we were running in burned down. While some data was lost nothing major is gone, and backups will be improved in the future.
In addition to the backups there are some new updates that have been worked on for a while:
A new minigame arena list, accessed with /mg list. Click a game to join!
Inputcooldowns! A brand new custom plugin on creative for adding cooldowns to buttons and levers. Use them to prevent redstone machines from being spammed!
